More Pictures from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the images.

Also included in this latest image disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a key detailing various areas of the property.

Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including designs for marina coverings.

More materials disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight process.
